John Coleman


The John A. Coleman School, with campuses in Manhattan and White Plains, is a New York State approved program that offers exceptional educational opportunities to children with and without disabilities in a variety of center and home/ community settings. Our approach to learning respects the partnership between family and staff. Our multidisciplinary team of professionals is guided by the strong belief that all children can learn and develop in a challenging environment that supports their unique learning styles and differences. Coleman School is recognized as a School of Excellence by the National Association of Special Education Teachers (NASET) and is regionally known for its comprehensive evaluation component, early intervention services and inclusive nursery school, Children’s Place.
