What Can I Expect?

What can I expect while my child is at the Elizabeth Seton Pediatric Center?
Once your child is admitted to the Pediatric Center, he/she will be assigned to a bedroom with three other children. Every day, your child will receive daily care including bathing/ showering, oral hygiene (tooth brushing), hair care, dressing and meals.
Following the morning routine, your child will attend school and may also participate in one or more of the following activities throughout the day and into the evening hours:
- Sub-specialty Clinics - Medical, Rehabilitative, Dental & Audiology
- Occupational, Physical and Speech Therapy Programs
- Aquatic Therapy
- Art, Dance, Drama, and Music Therapy
- Community Trips
- Pet Therapy
- Recreational Activities
- Special Events
We encourage families to come and participate during these very special times with their children, whenever possible.
Donations can be made to our Let Us Build a House Capital Campaign, specific program initiatives, support general operations, or to the Uncle Artie Fund.
